Choose a Traceable Shipping Method: Shipments must be sent using a traceable method such as USPS or insured mail. Please note that customers are not required to cover the return shipping fees. Cash payments on delivery will not be accepted for return shipments. Ensure that you provide a valid tracking number when filling out the return form to facilitate a successful return process.

Return Processing
Once the Execution Center has received and verified your return (typically within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirming the completion of your return process. In case of a refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please be aware that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credited amount to appear in your account.
